Highlighted Features in the 2018 RLX
The interior and exterior features mentioned above give the new RLX a bold and energetic look—and point toward the exciting aesthetic future of Acura’s lineup! Wisconsin’s drivers can get a better idea of what to expect from this Acura’s redesigned flagship sedan by reading about its most exciting new features and systems below.
- AcuraWatch: With AcuraWatch safety technologies standard on every trim, you’ll enjoy superior protection wherever you go, even from threats you might miss with your naked eye. This suite of features includes Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow, a Collision Mitigation Braking System, a Forward Collision Warning, a Lane Keeping Assist System, and a Road Departure Mitigation system. Additionally, the all-new Traffic Jam Assist feature is included here for the first time.
- Comfort and Convenience: The new RLX will include LED fog lights, a unique head-up display, heated and ventilated front seats, a surround-view camera, front and rear parking sensors, a heated steering wheel, and much more. With these luxurious features at your command, you’re sure to feel right at home when you’re behind the wheel.
- Sport Hybrid Super-Handling All-Wheel Drive: Sport Hybrid SH-AWD is now available on the RLX for a price tag significantly lower than last year’s! Sport Hybrid technology uses a three-motor system to boost fuel economy. Of course, the addition of two electric motors also improves the RLX’s power, precision, and handling! When working in concert with the RLX’s 3.5L direct injection V6, the SH-AWD technology produces 377 total system hp and 341 lb-ft of total system torque.
